Evaluation Room
The Evaluation Room is where test participants complete their tasks. This room contains a one-way mirror between it and the control room.
Multiple cameras record the participant's computer use and the participant's comments, actions, and reactions.
The room is set up to mimic a business environment, but can be configured to match any business or industry environment.

Control Room
The separate control room contains state-of-the-art equipment, including multiple capture and logging systems.
Here the usability team members observe, log, and record all the user's feedback and the actual product or prototype's screen display.
The usability lab also contains a phone system from the evaluation room to the control room to simulate a help desk during testing.
